--- Brett Sterling: Bagged a natural hat trick in a span of 8:16 in Friday night’s first period ... The feat marked his fifth hat trick of his professional career, all of which have come as a member of the Wolves ... Paces the club with 13 markers and 26 points in 30 games this season ... Ranks third on the team with 13 assists and leads Chicago with a +9 plus/minus rating ... Had his five-game point streak snapped on Saturday after amassing 4 goals and 9 points from Dec. 30 to Jan. 11 ... Is one goal shy of tying Rob Brown for second on the Wolves all-time goal scoring register at 157

--- The Wolves have scored on the man-advantage in a season-high five straight games, which includes bagging two power-play goals on six chances last week; Chicago has converted at a 31.4 percent clip on the power play over its last eight tilts (11 of 35), which includes scoring eight times on 24 chances in its last six games; The team, which ranked 30th in the league at the beginning of December, ranks 18th in the AHL with a 16.1 conversion rate on the man-advantage (22 of 137).
